Exercise coaching/supervision will maximise results, especially with time restrictions. My Health Professional Exercise Referral qualification enables me to design and agree, safe and effective programmes for Clients with a range of referral conditions. Life Coaching will help you find the solutions and strategies you need to move forward, positively and productively. My Wellbeing Consultancy helps commercial organisations improve their Employees’ wellbeing as part of their HR Strategy.
