Business Description

The Mind & Body Centre is on two floors. It houses a Yoga Studio and three therapy rooms. We currently have Yoga classes every week-day and therapists who are self-employed and rent the rooms from us. The centre is run by Barry Todd, Yoga teacher and Nutritional Therapist and Andrea Lowe, Hypnotherapist, Life Coach and Colour Therapist. We started the business in 2001 and moved into the current premises in Nov 2004 although Andrea has been a hypnotherapist since 1995.
The ambiance in the centre is enhanced by the original old oak beams, that are a feature of almost every room, combined with laminate florring in the communal areas and ceramic tiled flooring in the clinic rooms
Althouh all the therapist are well experienced professionals we do try to keep a light atmosphere and not take life too seriously.

The business offers a safe, professional and comfortable centre for qualified and professional therapists to practise their skill. We offer a range of support options for our therapists including publicity such as our webstie and newsletter, a centre brochure and many opportunities for publicity events.

We also have a yoga studio that is available for hire for workshops and training and we can provide equipement, catering and refreshments for any event. We welcome yoga teachers who are able to offer an additional style to the ones we already offer.
