Matthew Richards ATCL, LTCL, PTA, ABPT, is a certified Piano Tuner and Repair Technician based in Wolverhampton, tuning Pianos across the west Midlands. DBS registered (formally CRB) - suitable for working in schools, care homes etc.
Products
I offer a variety of services that will benefit your Piano. This includes Tuning (Pitch Raising, Fine Tuning). On Site and off site repairs (String Replacement etc). For more demanding work the Piano action can be taken to my workshop to be overhauled. I also offer a cleaning service (this includes soundboard, keybed and action cleaning). Regulating service ensures your Piano will operate at its maximum potential.
Qualifications
Matthew was Awarded McGregor Prize 2008 by the Pianoforte Tuners' Examining Board for candidate with the highest marks for piano tuning. He is a member of the Two leading Piano Tuner Associations for certified Piano Technicians based in the UK - ABPT and PTA. He is also an accomplished Pianist performing ATCL and LTCL Classical recitals for the Trinity College of London.
