We are male and female engineers running a family business based on the South Coast.
We cover Hampshire, Dorset, Wiltshire, West Sussex, East Sussex, Berkshire and London.
We can also cover nationwide contracts.

We are an NICEIC registered Pat company with Chas and SafeContractor accreditations.

We would like to highlight the revised edition of the IET Code Of Practice for In-Service Inspection and Testing of Electrical Equipment.
The 4th Edition, published in November 2012 includes revised guidelines about the frequency (how often) you may require your appliances to be tested.
As we test in accordance with the IET Code Of Practice for In-Service Inspection and Testing of Electrical Equipment 4th Edition we can advise on the correct frequency of testing for the equipment on site in conjunction with a rolling risk assessment on site.
Your testing does NOT need to be tested annually unless there are specific risks that require it to be done so.

Services

How is the testing carried out?

By using the very latest Seaward Primetest test equipment with bluetooth capability and specific Pat's written software, Luna Testing Ltd can offer a fast, reliable and professional service.

The equipment to be tested would need to be powered down in order for it to be fully tested.
The equipment is then plugged into the tester and a series of tests run automatically to test for:
Earth Continuity.
Insulation resistance.
Polarity / continuity on detachable leads.

To minimise the disruption caused by the pat testing process, OUT OF HOURS is available at no extra charge.

R.C.D Testing
We are able to fully test portable R.C.D units by using an isolation unit. This eradicates the possibility that the R.C.D will trip the distribution unit circuit breakers and therefore ensures there is no loss of power to circuits during the testing process.

Qualifications

All of the engineers are C&G 2377 qualified and certified.
All engineers are also CRB checked with ID cards.
