Living Properties Limited is a property development company based in Brighton. We specialise in the development and refurbishment of properties in the South East, targeting the mid to upper sectors of the property market.
Within the company we have a combined twenty five years experience of successful property development. We have completed numerous prestigious projects, including the refurbishment and conversion of a bank in Surrey, the refurbishment of several period properties in the Brighton area and a vast array of various types of projects in London and the Home Counties.
Our dedicated team of specialist trades people work to extremely high standards and have both a feel and understanding of the properties worked on and their historic importance.
Services
We research original finishes, source rare period items for installation and employ artisans able to restore and refurbish features such as plaster mouldings, stained glass and intricate wooden mouldings. The end result is a property which is true to its identity and finished to an extremely high standard, designed to target certain key resale markets. Needless to say these are among the best properties of their type available in our core geographic areas and are successfully sold to discerning clients.
Our use of appropriate original interior design and state of the art designer fittings reflects our aim to maximise the potential of our developments. Many of our projects have listed status and have special historic significance, thus a thorough understanding of planning law and conservation policies are a prerequisite. From architectural planning stage, to build, to detailing and final finish, our properties go through rigorous procedures to ensure the highest quality levels are achieved.
