Live Life Fitness can help people reach their fitness goals at a pace that suits the individual and in a fun but challenging atmosphere. Mark Burgess has been helping clients who are wanting to get to a certain level of fitness and maintain that level. He knows people are sometimes too busy to find the time to train. That is why he will come to the client's home or nearby park to work with the client on their fitness needs. A free consultation is given to atrt the process where mark can determine the kind of program that will fit the client's personal goals. From there a program is implemented and Mark will be there to guide them all the way. His specialty areas of fitness include personal training, cardiovascular fitness, fat loss, low back pain, muscle toning, core stability, distance running, nutrition advice, fitness, exercise and more.
