Formed in 1979, Lion Finance has been providing Commercial Property Funding for businesses via our banking and private invester connections.
We cater for investment, buy to let, owner occupier and develpment projects.
Even now in 2012 we can still provide a funding service, be it short term bridging to long term commercial mortgages. We completed on a number of purchases and re-mortgages in 2010/2011, when many Banks were not lending.

we have a number of business introducers with whom we work, we also have relationships with mortgage packagers who act as our back office. This allows my team to meet and greet new customer.
