I am a Holistic Massage Therapist with 9 years experience, I work on both a mobile and therapy room basis. So you can be treated in the comfort and relaxation of your own home. Or you can come and visit me in my treatment room in Wellfield Road, Roath.

With the experience that I have working in top spas on land and at sea, means that I can work with you on whatever is bothering you, be that muscle tension, old injuries, or just the stress and strain of day to day life. I am fully qualified in a variety of massages, these being, Swedish, sports, deep tissue, hot stones, aromatherapy, Indian head massage and bamboo massage.

Qualifications
