I help clients with a wide range of problems including anxiety, depression, phobias, painful memories, weight loss and smoking cessation. In fact any issue that has an emotional element or is relating to thought or behaviour can be helped with Cognitive Hypnotherapy.

NLP Master Practitioner
I am fully registered with the national Council for Hypnotherapy
