Welcome to Janeen's Childminding in Kings Hill. Janeen Williams is an Ofsted Registered Childminder, trained in paediatric first aid with full CRB clearance and is a member of the NCMA.
Services
I aim to provide a positive, quality experience for the children in my care where their learning and independence is promoted and enhanced in a secure and relaxed family environment.
I will ensure both child initiated activities (spontaneous play) and structured play (previously planned), that will interest, challenge and stimulate the children, taking into account their individualised needs, interests and learning needs / outcomes; to help them achieve their full potential.
I aim to be a positive role model as children learn values and behaviours from adults – and readily praise and approve the efforts made by them, respecting their efforts / their feelings / views and differences.
I will work in partnership with parents to provide the best possible care for their child and am open to feedback which will help me to develop my service.
