We offer sub-contract ultrasonic / aqueous batch cleaning utilising a highly mechanized, fully programmable aqueous cleaning and degreasing plant. The ‘MecWash’ high quality, multi-process ultrasonic component cleaner and degreaser is available for sub-contract work. We can also vapour blast (also known as aqua blast) your components to restore 'as new' surface finish to aluminium parts and other non ferrous metal parts.

Our aqueous rotational washing and drying machines, are adaptable to meet your precise requirements, repeatedly able to produce cleaner and drier results than any other comparable method. The combination of MecWash acclaimed rotational washing technology, ultrasonic flood washing, hot air and vacuum drying and speed of throughput allows us to offer sub contract cleaning services to support your manufacturing operation tailored to meet your exact needs. Often working in support of 1 off batch recovery or breakdown cover we can quickly step in to meet your manufacturing demands.
