Specialising in Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT), counselling, and short or long term psychotherapy for individuals experiencing anxiety, depression, stress, phobias, bereavement, loss, low self-esteem, relationship difficulties or other forms of psychological distress and life difficulties in Ipswich.

I have completed specialist training in the Cognitive Behaviour Therapy model - an evidence based treatment for many mental health issues. CBT is a useful means of understanding how problems develop and continue, and provides helpful strategies to manage and overcome them. I also have relevant training and experiencing in person-centred, psychodynamic, solution-focused and systemic models of working, and feel each have merit and offering helpful understanding of different difficulties and experiences.
