At Intensive Recovery, we provide a comprehensive range of services designed to support lasting recovery from addiction. Our offerings include medically supervised detox programmes, available both as inpatient care and as safe home detox options, ensuring clients receive the right level of support from the start.
Services
We provide counselling and psychotherapy, including approaches such as cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT), dialectical behaviour therapy (DBT), trauma therapy, motivational interviewing, and family therapy, helping clients address the root causes of addiction. To complement this, we also offer holistic therapies that nurture overall wellbeing, alongside relapse prevention planning to build resilience for the future. Importantly, every client benefits from up to 12 months of structured aftercare, giving continued guidance and support long after initial treatment has ended.

With free consultations and no added costs for referrals, we act as a dedicated bridge between those struggling with addiction and high-quality rehab programmes, helping our clients achieve lasting, abstinence-based recovery.
