I started I-Support Business, Virtual Office service last year, after working as a business adviser. The main aim of the company is to provide start ups and established businesses with affordable outsourcing solutions, so that the company can benefit from a range of services without having to invest in staff and overheads.

Services

Telephone Answering - excellent for busy businesses, don't miss any calls from customers. We do not charge any set-up fees or ongoing monthly management fees. We offer 2 services:

Message forwarding - we answer your calls in a professional manner with your own personalised greeting. Messages are forwarded to the business by email or text. Only 70p per message. Discounts are available.

Virtual Receptionist - we can forward your calls to the appropriate member of staff. We can also deal with customer enquiries, brochure requests etc.

PA Service - if you are a busy owner/manager and need an assistant, we can co-ordinate your diary, perform any tasks you may require - but you do not have to pay for a full time salary, taxes or overheads.

Registered Office - if you wish to protect your home or business address, we can provide an address for you to use at Companies House and HMRC. One off annual fee of £29.99, and this includes any official correspondence.

Mail Forwarding - if you want to use our address for your suppliers/customers, we can forward on your mail daily. Basic service is £29.99 a year for 5 items of mail per month, plus a £20 to pay for postage. We can also deal with larger volumes. Please call or email us for details.
