Helen Lesser has been providing Curative Hypnotherapy in South Birmingham since 1982; helping people to overcome the difficulties or conditions which prevent them from living the happy, contented, confident life they deserve.
Although one of the UK's longest established therapists, Helen maintains frequent contact with other hypnotherapists and regularly takes part in professional development to keep her skills and understand up to date.
Services
Curative Hypnotherapy (LCH) aims to identify what has caused a person to suffer a particular symptom or problem - and then enable the person to correct the effects of it, so that the cause is eliminated and the problem fully disposed of.
This specialised form of hypnotherapy is therefore more effcient and more gentle than many of the other more standard hypnotherapy treatments.
It is most effective in treating
• Anxiety based symptoms - panic attacks, excessive worrying, negative thinking, etc
• Obsessional or Compulsive - OCD, gambling, self harming, etc • Self-Image - confidence, self esteem, body dysmorphic disorder, etc
• Emotional - insecurity, jealousy/ possessiveness, anger/ temper, etc
