Herbert Eppel has been offering professional German/English translations for more than 15 years. Main subject areas include engineering, technology and science, with particular focus on renewable energy, environment and sustainable development. Herbert is a Chartered Engineer, a Chartered Environmentalist, a member of the Institute of Translation and Interpreting (ITI), the Energy Institute (EI), the Association of German Engineers (VDI), the German Federal Association of Interpreters and Translators (BDÜ) and numerous other relevant organisations and associations such as tekom, the German Section of the International Solar Energy Society, the German Institute of Applied Ecology, and Scientists for Global Responsibility.
