Fern produces technically challenging plastic injection mouldings up to 2.2kg in all thermoplastics including engineering and high performance grades such as PET/PBT, PS/PES, polyimide and modified PTFEs. We are injection moulders to heating and plumbing, domestic appliance, electrical and electronics, hydraulic and pneumatics, automotive, medical and defence sectors in the UK and Europe. Value added services include gas injection, assembly, laser-marking, printing, metallic finishes through painting and chrome plating with JIT and Kanban delivery systems.
