Formed in 1996 to provide Outdoor Management Development using ocean going yachts, the current provision has expanded by work of mouth referrals and repeat business.
Services now include;- Management development; Corporate hospitality; Sail Training and own boat tuition; yacht and powerboat deliveries; All conducted either in the UK or abroad.
The wide continuum spanning from a relaxed day on the water for your team or clients, through to a rigorous leadership programme with a structured outdoor element can be provided.
Qualifications Include a M.A. in Human Resource Management with a specialism in Management Development, coupled with RYA Yachtmaster instructor Sail and Powerboat Instructor. Commercial Yachtmaster Power too.
Clients Include a wide range from individual boat owners through to large companies;- Aon Ltd (larger than Aviva; Libery Group (Lloyds underwriter) and more.
All staff have extensive RYA teaching qualification and experience. Also leadership trainers have experience in a range of commercial business.

Corporate Sailing;- covering a broad range of events, from a relaxed day on the water through to an integral part of a senior management development programme.
Whether your event is for 5 or 55+ guests, our approach is to be versatile and think laterally about the use of the sailing environment and other resources when putting together a proposal for your consideration.
On luxury days aboard, clients sit back and watch the world go by or participate fully in the sailing, the choice is theirs.
Management/Team Development;- For true team development, the variable nature of the sailing environment, the operational functions of a yacht and the differences between individual yachts and their crews, combine to provide an excellent, uncontrived analogy of the workplace
Sail training, skippered charter, own boat tuition and Yacht deliveries add to the offering!
Staff & Management
As a seasonal business, associates are self employed and retained for projects as required and as their skills suit.
The Business Principal has previous Uniformed Services experience. A Masters in HRM and is a Royal Yachting Association Instructor (YMI Sail), Powerboat Instructor and Yachtmaster Power.
