Business Staff & Management
Extreme Ventures Director Brett is a very experienced and qualified multi activity instructor and certified first aider and CRB checked. Having worked extensively for activity centres and climbing providers in the Southeast and London teaching and instructing team building programs to young people through High ropes, Abseiling, climbing, scrambling and bouldering, problem solving and canoeing activities. Brett has gained specialised experience in providing and encouraging team work, self efficiency, communication, confidence and challenging personal skills and abilities.

Brett has extensive experience in beginners and advanced outcrop and indoor climbing development programmes for 7-18 year olds, teaching and assessing National Indoor Climbing Achievement Scheme (NICAS Level’s 1, 2 & 3). Teaching and assessing entry level and Level 1 G.C.S.E and BTEC Physical Education through climbing and bouldering, other programmes provided include coaching youth development programmes for back to work youths, disadvantaged young people and young offenders. Supervising roped climbing, bouldering and rock scrambling sessions including private climbing tuitions, birthday parties and weekly led Junior Bouldering Academy for ages 6-18 year olds coaching climbing skills and techniques whilst managing volunteers and assistants.

Throughout his career Brett has trained and managed potential Single Pitch Award, Climbing Wall Award & Southern Sandstone Award Trainees whilst leading and managing staff for day groups and providing technical rope work training and observations for trainee instructors on multi adventure activities. Brett's experience extends to managing walk on customers for have ago in Ariel activities and groups of up to 50 young people and staff required for the groups allocating jobs whilst instructing his own group and provide a high quality of customer care and service.
