ER&GE is an independent manufacturer of premium quality extruded polypropylene sheet and polyethylene sheet. Semi-finished industrial engineering sheet and film products for use in a multitude of applications. Our thermoplastic sheets are made to order or supplied from stock for delivery direct throughout the UK.

The company has a long history in the manufacture, washing and distribution of plastic layer pads, returnable packaging for the safe and hygienic transportation of glass containers and cans. We make layer pads with a variety of technical characteristics, dimensions and finishes.

Business Services
ER&GE Transport has a great deal of haulage experience gained through the provision of expert layer pad logistics services since 1994. This includes the distribution of the company's own plastic sheet and rolled products. Regular collections are made throughout the UK with international transport services operated to western Europe. Warehousing and storage facilitates are available at ER&GE's central depot located in Leeds.

Business Products
Bespoke extruded polyolefin sheets are available, designed and manufactured to order to suit the application. PP-C, PP-H, PP-RC, PE-HD, PE-LD, PE-MD cut sheets and film rolls may be specified with a multitude of dimensions, colours and embossing.

Solid plastic layer pads (separadores plásticos) provide a solution to these problems. ER&GE layer pads represent an economical, reusable system that permits washing and disinfecting processes suited to the foodstuffs industry. Manufactured from polypropylene, the pads are very durable and are not subject to contamination from wear and tear, even after a large number of trips.

ER&GE plastic layer pads offer a high level of cleanliness, hygienic and microbiological quality. They are manufactured using virgin raw materials conforming to FDA approved standards, are free from odour and taste and fully comply with the strict provisions of German foodstuffs law.

ER&GE plastic pallet cover sheets were designed and developed to act as a hygienic barrier between product and pallet whilst providing a stable, high grip base for secure product stacking. These pallet liner sheets have excellent barrier qualities to prevent such migration by isolating the stacked product from the contamination source. The liner benefits from the use of an anti-slip additive together with an innovative embossed surface. This increases the stability of palletised loads, offering savings in stretch film, storage and waste due to damage. Added features include custom dimensions to fit a wide range of pallet sizes, colour options and property identification markings.
