We are proud to offer the unique Vibrogym which provides the benefits of one and a half hours exercise in 20 minutes.
The club runs a weight loss programme combining the benefits of healthy eating with regular exercise.
Qualifications
I am pleased to announce that we have been shortlisted for a prestigious award.
We have made it to the regional finals of the Members choice Health Club awards 2013.
The award is based on members votes.
Bal Dhillon club owner said " Its fantastic to have been shortlisted as so many clubs had entered".
Its even better to know that this was the result of our own members voting.
A total of 500 clubs entered from around the country and the winner from each region will be announced at an awards ceremony on Tuesday 24th September.
The awards, in partnership with Health Club Management, is open to all health clubs, gyms and leisure centres in the UK.
Staff & Management
The club team are all qualified to REPs level 2 and beyond. This means that you will only deal with instructors that meet Fitness Industry Assocaition qualification standards.
