Ellis Wharton Wines supply the leading restaurants and hotels in Devon and Cornwall, and private customers all over the UK, with fine wines and spirits from around the world including everyday drinking choices through to fine and rare wines, from the wolrd's most exciting winemaking talent. We are also the leading supplier of organic and biodynamic wines in the West Country and aim to give customers the opportunity to experience a diverse array of real wines produced by real people in real vineyards rather than bland wines that could be produced (and reproduced) in any region or country. We aim to promote wines of terroir and typicity; delicious, tasty, unmediated wines; diversity of style and indigenous grape varieties; the endeavours of small independent growers; and the importance of sustainable, organic viticulture.
