Dial-a-Cleaner have developed an enviable reputation as a leading residential cleaning company in Birmingham. We regularly service the needs of Landlords, Letting/Estate agents, Managing agents and Property developers working on some of the most prestigious locations in the city.
We have specialist teams that operate in two specific areas: fixed onsite teams and mobile response teams. Our fixed teams are based permanently on specific sites keeping communal areas at apartment blocks in consistently clean and hygienic condition. Our mobile teams work regionally on individual properties and perform cleans and routine maintenance to clients specific requirements.

With years of cleaning experience all of our staff are fully insured, work exclusively for us, have undergone CRB checking and have passed through our rigorous Health & Safety training programme. We have grown organically and continue to empower our staff with more responsibility. Our regional managers have all been cleaners and continue to routinely inspect each site ensuring consistent quality and service.

Qualifications

Dial-a-Cleaner has been awarded the Safe Contractor award and Contractor Plus approved contractor and all our staff and Managers have been fully trained by ProChem- A national training academy for the Cleaning Industry.

Staff & Management

We are a small company with 2 managers, 2 Contracted cleaners who have worked with us for approx 4 years and with years of cleaning experience all of our staff are fully insured, work exclusively for us, have undergone CRB checking and have passed through our rigorous Health & Safety training programme.
