About
CTI was established in 1987, IT consultants Ashish Bansal and Winston Gonzalez teamed up to develop an individual income tax return system for the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico . Working alongside Metadata and industry giant Booz, Allen & Hamilton, the young entrepreneurs recruited top technical professionals to round out their project team, and CTI was born. The energetic CTI group analyzed Commonwealth tax laws, and performed data conversion and detailed program design using IBM 3081/MVS, TSOL/ISPF, ROSCOE, LIBRARIAN, CICS, COBOL, FORTRAN, DBASE III+ and VSAM.
