Cliff Farm Livery established itself as a successful small, friendly, DIY livery yard in 2006 and has maintained this success to this date! We are 2 miles from Lincoln on the A15 or Burton Road so are ideally situated for college and university students or anyone working in and around Lincoln.
Services
We offer DIY livery with the option to include hay, haylage or bedding within your livery package.
We also provide an assisted livery service which covers tasks from turning out to clipping. Any job is considered. This can be helpful for day to day support for clients with a hectic schedule or may be useful on an occasional basis should you be unavailable to visit your horse.
Livery clients have full use of an individually fenced paddock, a stable, a range of storage areas, the showjumping paddock and our 20 x 40m sand and rubber surfaced arena as well as extensive hacking both on and off road.
Trailer storage is also available.

Staff & Management
Our yard manager, who holds a National Diploma in Horse Management and BSc Equine Science as well as extensive hands on experience with horses of all temperaments, is our main staff member. Regular communication occurs between the yard manager and the business owners, thus ensuring our clients' comments are considered seriously and acted upon promptly wherever possible.
Clients
Cliff Farm Livery has several long standing liveries as well as more short term clients, usually students from Lincoln University or Riseholme college. All our clients enjoy the happy, relaxed atmosphere of a smaller livery yard and so that atmosphere is easily maintained.
