My aim is to help you on the road to recovery if you have sustained an injury or help long-term aches and pains, such as back problems, neck pain, shoulder pain and sciatica. I have a clinic on Forty Foot Bank which is set in the Cambridgeshire area, I am qualified in the following:

I have always loved training and keeping fit I spent 10 years in the Military where one of my roles was a Personal trainer where I was able to complete several courses:

Most of my qualifications from the Military I was unable to use when I left so I have kept myself busy doing new courses as the fitness industry is ever changing.
