The principal of the firm, David Wheeler trained and qualified as a Chartered Certified Accountant in 1989 with a medium sized practice and after a spell in commerce, returned to practice and joined Touche Ross as a manager in the Business Services Department to focus on advising owner managed businesses and their owners. After a couple of years, David moved to a smaller London practice before moving to a local firm where he was a partner. He left in 2003 to set up Cheeld Wheeler & Co in Horley.
In 2007 the firm moved to offices in Nutfield a few minutes outside Redhill, and was incorporated in 2009. Later that year the firm acquired the practice of H K Day & Co, and Heather Day joined the firm as a consultant.
As a firm of Chartered Certified accountants we are expected to maintain the highest professional standards, and we are proud that in 2010 the firm was awarded the ‘Quality Checked’ emblem by the ACCA.
The practice has continued to grow, and in the summer of 2014 moved to larger premises at 13a West Street, Reigate, Surrey.

We are a Surrey based firm of Chartered Certified Accountants advising private individuals, owner managed businesses and other organisations. We are located just off the high street in Reigate, and assist clients from all over Surrey and further afield.
