Charwell House was formed 10 yrs ago with the aim of providing space for companies of all sizes. we have easy in and easy out policy, but once companies move in it is common for them to stay for a long time. Very smooth running, very caring, long term staff with fair attitudes. An energetic, friendly place to work. Owner managed with open door policy, decisions made instantly and promises kept.

Charwell House not only provide quality office space with free parking but also provides a full range of extra services that are available to anyone.
Charwell has a large warehouse that can acomodate full or part pallet storage with fork lift truck facilities, also available is pick and packing help.
We are also able to offer Meeting rooms on an hourly rate, virtual postal addresses, registered office addresses, data base cleansing, telephone answering, virtual admin help freely available, even a faxing, copying service.

Charwell house is owner managed along with a dedicated proffessional team with an open door policy. Our job is to make your job of building your business as easy as possible with decisions made quickly and issues resolved immediately to keep you concentrating on your job not ours.
