There are 4 choices of flavours to choose from; Classic Vanilla Sponge layered with jam and buttercream, Zesty Lemon Sponge layered with lemon buttercream and lemon curd, Rich Chocolate Cake layered with chocolate buttercream, and Carrot Cake
Qualifications
My biggest achievement so far within Cakes by Melia was being asked to design, bake and decorate a 3-tier cake for Marks and Spencer to celebrate their 100th anniversary of being open in the Darlington store. The cake was displayed at the entrance of the food section within the Darlington Store.
