Blue Nutrition Pro is run by personal trainer and the well qualified, Sarah Brewer who is a Certified Anthropometrist (ISAK) at Level 1. Sarah Brewer also holds a Master of Science degree in Sport and Exercise Nutrition from Middlesex University (London, UK) as well as a BSc (Hons) in Sports Science (Exercise and Health Management) from the University of Surrey (Surrey, UK).

Blue Nutrition Pro specialises in performance nutrition and weight management and is an expert at working with individuals from recreational athletes to generally active members of the public who just want to get fit.
