Set in the outskirts of Sherwood Forest, Blackburn House Conference Centre is a Grade II Listed Building conveniently located close to the A1, M1 and also in the immediate vicinity of Newark, Retford, Mansfield and Worksop catering for up to 200 delegates.
Car Parking is a key advantage at Blackburn House with generous levels of free car parking available.
We have Disabled access, facilities and a lift to all floors of the building.
At Blackburn House we have two main conference suites,
Severn Trent
Overlooking our beautiful landscaped gardens the Severn Trent Suite can accommodate up to 40 delegates in a range of room layouts from U-Shaped, Clusters, Classroom, Theatre and Conference. The Suite can be hired for full or half days with optional catering facilities.
Additional to the Suite we have available, Overhead Projector and Screen, Internet Access, Flipcharts, CD player and the facility of Photocopying, Scanning and Faxing.
Blackburn Suite
The Blackburn Suite is the larger of the two conference rooms and can accommodate up to 200 delegates in different types of layouts, from U-Shaped, Clusters, Classroom, Theatre and Conference. The Suite can be hired for full or half days with optional catering.
As with the Severn Trent Suite we can offer Overhead Projector and Screen, Internet Access, Flipcharts, CD player and the facility of Photocopying, Scanning and Faxing as optional extras.
Catering:
We offer full catering facilities from Tea, Coffee and Biscuits, a large range of Buffet options through to our outstanding dishes in the Blackburn House Restaurant.
