Bestwood Full Contact Karate School has over 20 years experience in the Martial Arts and Self-defense teaching and coaching of the Teams. BFKS offers students tintensive trainings in Kyokushinkai Karate. Bestwood Full Contact Karate School supplies individuals with a high professional instructors and training equipment. With a fully fitted dojo and friendly staff, the Bestwood Kyokushin Karate School is intended to be cost effective and offers free start-up trainings. No entering fee. The Bestwood Full Contact Karate School is able to offer various trainings in Karate, Self-defense and Weapon usage, 3 months training sessions, all belts competitions, instructor courses and workshops for advanced and DAN graded students. Kyokushinkai Karate and Self-defense trainings are suitable for adults all ages and for children under 5.

Karate class for Beginners
An introductory class for students who are new in Karate. This class focuses on teaching karate basic techniques and basic sparing. Emphasis is given to the strengthening the body, stretch exercises & learning breathing by special exercises. Classes gives to students introduction, aspects & basics of full-contact Karate;
Advanced Karate class for Black Belts
Prepare students for competitions & tournaments or instructors exams. Trainings increase their physical and mental condition. It offers them feasibility to take exams for next advanced Black Belts till 4 DAN – Sensei. These trainings are for adults who have chosen to devote his life full for Karate - Do. This class is suitable for students who have practiced other styles of Karate, and it is not suitable for those who have never studied Karate before.
Kyokushinkai Karate everyday techniques for Self - defence
Clases designed for those who prefer trainings only for their physical fitness and for self-defence. It includes strength- tening exercises, gentle stretches and breathing exercises as well as simple practical combinations of karate move- ments designed to systematically increase the range of motion in difficult situations on the street when encountered with aggressive behaviour of others and swoop. This class is ideal for students who are taken up with their business
and have not time for regular and hard Karate practice;
Kyokushinkai karate class Young Karateka (children age 5 –14)
A beginning & advanced class for children to make them more flexible, strongest and fittest for all physical activities. This class prepare children’s for hard Karate trainings in future (after 14th);
Kyokushinkai karate competitions and tournaments for All Belts
Empowers the students to take part in world Kyokushin Karate activities. After same additional trainings and special preparations they’ll be able to take part in hardest competitions organized by Kyokushinkai Karate Organizations and Bestwood Full Contact Karate School in UK and worldwide. Bestwood Full Contact Karate School offers to Karate stu- dents membership of IKKO;
Kyokushinkai Karate workshops for Beginners and Experts
Offers to students knowledge’s and instructional materials in special Kyokushinkai Karate areas like as judgement, teaching & training, practising Kihon, Kumite & Tameshiwari and management the Karate organizations .
Kyokushinkai Karate instructors courses for Black Belts
Offers students Karate instructors certificates and possibility to start one’s own Kyokushin Karate classes. Courses been provided by leading experts and specialists of IKKO.

All these studies will be offered as an individual clases with own instructor.
