We are a family Catering business who strives to be the favoured family member, that is invited to everything. We know how important your special occasions are and we want to be there for you through all of them. We are friendly, fun and warm people, who enjoy serving your guests and making them happy. We always give our best. It shows in the quality, taste and look of our food.

Our ingredients, where possible are sourced locally. As we serve authentic ethnic and popular cuisine, from both sides of the ocean, sometimes we have to import our ingredients. This is especially true for some of our North and South American Cuisine. Our customers should be treated to the real thing and not cheap imitations and as we lived in the U.S.A (my son’s were born there) it gives us a wealth of experience, into the traditions and love for American food.

We provide catering for private and corporate functions, for all occasions. You choose the menu & the venue and we will take care of the rest.

Qualifications

Lorna has her diploma in Catering Business and Gourmet Cookery and Food Hygiene Level 3 for Managers and supervisors.
Alex has his NVQ 2 in Professional Cookery and Food hygiene Level 2
