Robert joined Bayline Systems Ltd. as Head of Operations in 2001 after solid stints in both business management and industrial relations. His acquisition of Bayline in 2009 seen him step up to the Managing Director position. Since 2009, Robert's focus has been on implementing the systems and processes to ensure Bayline continues to grow.
