Get your child to bed in under 5 minutes within a week
Parenting can be tough. But sleep doesn't need to be. We will teach your child, within a week how to go to sleep - and stay asleep. We will teach them how to rest and play quietly in their bed, and develop the skills needed to be comfortable being alone. When bedtimes are easy, evenings become yours again. You’ll have more time to read, have a glass of wine, get to bed earlier, sleep in on weekends and have more time and energy to enjoying the parenting journey.
