Chartered Quantity Surveyors & Building Surveyors comprising four surveyors. Originally founded as a sole trader buisness in the 1960s the business as been structurally reorganised but has remained at the same Vernon Street premises for almost 50 years.
There are two main areas of business:
1) Advising on and managing construction procurement for mainly industrial and commercial projects
2) Surveying existing buildings and providing advice on commercial leases and dilapidations
Services
Construction Procurement: Providing intial cost advice for construciton projects, producing tender documentation and managing projects through to completion; Warehousing, Retail, Offices, Schools etc.; New Build, Alterations, Extensions, Fitting-out, Demolition
Building Condition Surveys: For prurchasers and tenants of commercial property; advising on lease terms; preparing and defending dilapidation claims
