Staff & Management

Owner John Paul Gardner has over 10 years experience in the MMA industry, training, coaching and now running one of the biggest MMA brands in the world.

The facility is managed by local athlete and former Gladiator star Daniel Singh. With many years of bodybuilding and nutrition experience, he is the head personal trainer at the facility offering tailored nutrition advice and training regimes for members.

Ricky Knox (Made 4 the Cage EU Champion) and Pete Irving (black belt BJJ coach) are taking charge of martial arts instruction. Both guys have taken part in many professional competitions and are now transferring their skills to coach and motivate Training Centre members.
