Founded in 2007 in Orpington, Kent by Andre Roberts, AMIDAS Photography is a unique boutique style studio run by a chic female photographer in the South of London with an office in Kent. Andre, who has a passion for creating inspiring images and strives to reveal the person behind the smile, is a pro with a great personality and sense of humour along with an ideal range of skills to compliment her business; from coaching clients, organising and managing location shoots, to post processing and graphic design. AMIDAS also utilises the talents of industry creatives who add valuable specialised skills to her team.
Services
AMIDAS specialises in creating art for industry professionals such as actors, artists and models, and Andre loves working with children of all ages and is successful at forging a great working bond with them to get the best out of every session. We also create and finish framed products including large wall format art on a variety of finishes such as canvas, acrylic, metal and wood - great for home and office.
Products
AMIDAS provide studio and on location photography services for commercial and social events which include commercial and corporate location shoots, wedding & pre-wedding celebrations and special events. From parents-to-be pre-natal studio sessions to boudoir photography in a safe environment, we focus on your photography needs wherever you need it.
Qualifications
The Proprietor, Andre, is a Business Administration Honours graduate from the University of Greenwich where she also studied Multi-Media and Web Design. All of our professionals are graduates in Graphic Design, Photography and/or Art disciplines from higher education establishments in the UK.
Staff & Management
Our team consists of a principal consultant photographer and locum professionals who are highly motivated and enthusiastic creatives. We work either from the London studio, the Kent office and/or private locations and this provides us with the flexibility required to serve our clients and meet our business objectives.
Clients
Commercial clients include children and adult talent agencies in London, and Kent; industry professionals and local corporate businesses, mainly for head-shots and advertising as well as event functions for businesses and charities. Our social/lifestyle clientele are varied and include family portraiture and social events.
