Business Description

Puravent are specialist suppliers of indusrtrial and commercial heating, cooling and air purification equipment. A family business, formed in 2003, we now supply equipment to customers both nationally and overseas, we offer impartial help and advice to customers requiring heating, cooling or air purification equipement. With a diverse portfolio of suppliers, we can identify the best solutions, on an enquiry by enquiry basis. Of course we also have a shop on our website so customers can buy equipement on line if perfered.

Business Services
Although we offer an online shop, in fact most of our business results from enquiries. This is because we realize that we offer a wide variety of products within a narrow market band and for customers venturing into the market to solve a problem, it can be a bit baffling. We use the products we supply to solve problems, this means that we don’t just sell; we understand the products we offer, help customers define and understand their needs and bring our wide experience to bear in order to propose complete solutions.

For some enquiries, off the shelf products do not exist that are suitable for a customer, so we work with the customer to develop a specification and design which we can then get manufactured as a bespoke solution. Where required we meet customers on site and offer advice and solutions in person, and can where required arrange installation of the products we supply. Sometimes enquiries require us to import or export products, and sometimes even arrange manufacture of a batch of products in one country for subsequent shipping to another country, without touching UK shores.
