Business Description

We are more than just commercial printers, with specialist print divisions for motorsport, canine events, exhibitions and signage, we are a print solution provider. We offer lithographical, digital and large format print services plus a little bit extra from the ordinary print business – as we can offer customers a little bit more than just being able to print on a piece of paper with both design services as well as mail fulfillment done in-house, so no matter the use or requirement we should be able to assist. We service large & small business alike, and include in our client list companies like Royal Mail, Scottish & Southern Electric as well as departments of Oxford University.
We are an award winning business, working closely with local education establishments to not only better our staff skills but also customer relationships.

Business Services
Our equipment is amongst some of the most advanced in the country, which enables us to print a wide selection of items, making us the ideal choice for those customers with a wide range of needs. We can print virtually everything and onto almost any substrate from paper, t-shirts, glass, metal and wood up to 55mm thick and 50m in length!
We specialise in the printing of stage scenery as well as banners, with a division which does vehicle wrapping of anything from small vans to articulated trailers.
As part of our customer support strategy, we can offer design services as well as marketing and branding guidance through one of our partner businesses if they do not have access to these services.

Business Products
We can print most paper related products, whether that be a small label, business cards, letterheads, event programmes, books or large bill board posters. We print banners, flags, promotional items, stickers, vinyl, signs, vehicle graphics as well as offering variable data printing on almost every time of job whether it be on paper or vinyl.

Business Qualifications
PrintMatters along with Dundee College won the Impact – Private Sector category sponsored by Royal Mail at the ‘Business to College Awards’ in 2010 at Dynamic Earth in Edinburgh. We have in excess of 70 years experience in the print industry in all aspects, whether it be digital, litho or large format. We are continually learning new techniques and services to assist our customers.
Dundee College opened our eyes to the importance of developing our staff, and our business. Working with Dundee College has undoubtedly had a significant impact on our business performance on a number of fronts. We continually review the business strategy, implementing a workforce development plan to enable this – and through ongoing consultancy – PrintMatters is pro-actively tackling its challenges and achieving business growth in extremely difficult times.

Business Staff & Management
PrintMatters employs 11 people, providing a commercial print service to all business sectors. It has two specialist divisions in printing for dog shows and motorsport events across the World.

Our client list includes companies like Royal Mail, Scottish & Southern Electric as well as departments of Oxford University. We cater for many local small businesses for their general print needs with the two specialist print divisions servicing clients throughout the UK, South Africa, the Caribbean and the Czech Republic.
