Pavilion Construction Ltd is an independent construction company based between Totnes and Newton Abbot in South Devon. The company specialises in groundworks, civil engineering schemes, renewable energy schemes, hard landscaping projects and new build homes. We cover projects throughout the Devon area for both main contractors and we also offer bespoke works for private clients. Some of our clients include; Kingston Estate, Millwood Property Investment Management Co Ltd, Galliford Try Plc, Keyworker Homes ( Newton Abbot) Ltd, Spectrum Energy Supplies Ltd, Mount Stuart Hospital, CJ Fry & Sons Ltd and Whitehill Caravan Park.
The company is owned and managed by Matt Fice who has over 40 years of experience and expertise in groundworks, site construction and house building. He is assisted by a team of professionals who are committed to providing an excellent service to all of our clients.

The company is owned and managed by Matt Fice who has over 40 years experience and expertise in groundworks, site construction and house building.
We employ a skilled and experienced workforce, most of whom have had many years of consecutive service with Pavilion. We have achieved the gold standard in the Construction Skills Certification Scheme, meaning at least 75% of our employees hold either a CSCS or CPCS card ( currently 100%), which is an NVQ level 2 qualification associated with construction.
