We are specialist in providing Planning Permission Applications, Building Regulations Applications or both for New Builds, Extensions, Conversions, Conservatories, Law Development Certificates, Change Of Use Applications and all other planning related aspects.

We provide fully computerised drawings using the latest BIM software, we provide full 3D images of your proposal and can in most cases provide full colour drawings (all free of charge).

All applications are submitted to the relevant councils via The Planning Portal or directly emailed.
We provide you with pdf samples of your drawings and a disc containing all drawings.

All drawings are scaled and dimensions can be are add where applicable, sample drawings can be viewed upon our website, these are of completed works both Residential and Commercial.

At HDP Designs our products are customer based, we can break down our services if required. If you require just drawings then this isn't a problem, or just building regulations or just some help and advice.
