Business Qualifications
NVQ Qualifications varying from NVQ Level 6 through to NVQ Level 2. All staff hold a minimum of NVQ Level 2.
The 2 company directors hold IOSH Qualifications on Managing Safely.
AJM fully support the Apprenticeship scheme and employ 2 Apprentices per year, training them to NVQ Level 2 Standard.
We pride ourselves on staff knowledge of products with recent product courses including: Morrells Woodfinishes, Window Care Repair Care System & Rustoleum.
We are a certified member of Dulux Trade Contract Partnership undergoing assessments to retain quality & improvement
We are CHAS Accredited, Constructionline Accredited, Member of the Federation of Small Businesses, Member of the Painting & Decorating Association, Member of the Cumbria Chamber of Commerce, Member of the Green Achiever Scheme.
We have also won 2 awards: NHBC Pride in the Job Award for on site management & NHBC Pride in the Job Award for Quality.

We have several rolling maintenance contracts whereby we return each year to decorate areas which are required.
